Cigar City Brewing is venturing into the world of craft cocktails with the launch of our Paper Plane ready-to-drink cocktail. Combining the talents of Cigar City Brewing and Dark Door Spirits, Paper Plane is one of the first canned versions of one of mixology’s most popular modern recipes.
Tasting Notes:
Bright, complex, and full on the palate, this canned cocktail offers flavors of grapefruit peel, lemon zest, and hibiscus that play over savory notes of chicory, rye, and allspice. Light carbonation and a zesty acidity balance a soft sweetness and bread-like malt qualities.
