Italian-style Pilsner
We’ve brewed this light bodied, hop-forward beer as a tribute to the prominent leaders of Italian cigar workers in Tampa’s Ybor City at the turn of the century and a tribute to the classic pilsners of Italia.
Tasting Notes:
Grassy, herbaceous hops sit front and center on the nose, with black pepper, dried flowers and bread-like malt lingering in the aromatic background. Crisp, clean and flavorful on the palate, flavors of honey-like malt and water crackers set the stage for the earthy, spicy hop qualities that are the stars of the show.
